Hey! My name is Carmine “Nino” Palummo. I started making fresh mozzarella about 6 years ago in my fathers Italian Specialty Market. From the first day I started learning I became amazed at how it was created. I am here to share what I have learned with you. I will be offering group classes, making it fresh at special events, cocktail hours, business events and parties. I am looking to bring a fun energetic experience where you can see how it is made and of course enjoy some delicious homemade fresh Mozzarella.
